Located on the upper floor of Casa Venecia and accessed via an elegant spiral staircase from the living area, the private solarium is one of our guests’ favourite spots.
This outdoor space is equipped with two adjustable sun loungers, an additional terrace chair and a small side table — ideal for enjoying a coffee or a good book outdoors. The area is completed by a comfortable chill-out corner with three armchairs, including a double seat, and a glass-top table, perfect for relaxing moments or enjoying Lanzarote’s mild evenings.

“The accommodation is located on a quiet street within walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. It’s a lovely place to relax, with all the facilities you need for a wonderful holiday. We spent many hours on the rooftop terrace, which gets sunshine all day long. The property was very clean and well equipped, including outdoor towels and blankets. The owner was very easy to contact and extremely helpful, arranging an early check-in for our morning flight. Check-in was simple, and we really enjoyed the extra touches such as cold water in the fridge, a bottle of wine and some sweets — especially the little chocolate bunnies, as it was Easter. There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like about this property.”
